A standalone RF shield box gives your engineers a controlled electromagnetic environment on demand. Place the device under test inside, close the door, and external Wi-Fi, cellular, and broadcast signals are attenuated to the point of irrelevance — so every measurement you take reflects the device, not the airwaves around it.
Each enclosure is fabricated from CNC-bent, precision-welded aluminium and lined with multi-layer RF absorber material to suppress internal reflections. The door seals through beryllium-copper contact fingers rated for tens of thousands of open/close cycles, and rear I/O modules (SMA, USB, filtered DC and power) are field-replaceable so the box adapts as your test setups evolve.
Thirteen standard sizes cover everything from a single handset to multi-device fixtures, and fully custom dimensions are available. Every unit is tested before dispatch and ships with its shielding-effectiveness report. A trolley-mounted variant is available for labs where the enclosure needs to move between stations.
